The said order was carried to the Supreme Court and by order dated 3rd November 2025, the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Cri) No. 13628 of 2025, rejected the SLP with liberty to the Applicant (Petitioner therein) to renew his request after he completes 7 years of incarceration. 4.

In view of the aforesaid orders passed by this Court as well as by the Supreme Court, the present Bail Application is dismissed.
