Mr. Desai would submit that Applicant is indicted and arraigned as Accused No.8 in the present crime. He would submit that statement of co-accused states that Applicant was present when the subject property was entrusted by one of the co-accused person to the First Informant - complainant. He would categorically inform the Court that in the entire charge-sheet filed by prosecution save and except the presence of Applicant there is no other nexus whatsoever with the First Informant. He would submit that Applicant was a friend of one of the co-accused and hence he was also present. 4.

Stand over to 18th March, 2025 alongwith Bail Application
