In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to approach the Trial Court with a fresh Bail Application in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 23rd April 2024 in Criminal Bail Application No. 1211 of 2024.

If such Bail Application is filed by the Applicant before the learned Trial Court, then the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
