This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.36 of 2010 registered with Shivaji Park Police Station for offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

He would submit that total amount involved in the crime is approximately Rs.84,00,000/-. He would submit that entire amount has been deposited with Investigating Officer / Trial Court by Accused No.1 who is principal Accused. He would submit that only role / nexus

24.BA.5429.2024.doc of Applicant is that he gave his documents to be used by Accused No.1 for which he stands indicted. He would persuade the Court to consider his incarceration of seven months and merits of the matter and hear the case on merits.
