Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that on the last occasion, he had requested for the Applicant's medical examination. Learned APP has tendered a medical report dated December 25, 2024, which essentially records the complaint of vertigo for five months and recent weakness, including pain in abdomen. The clinical findings are recorded in the said medical report and it is also made clear that should the need arise, the inmate would be taken to Sassoon General Hospital, Pune.
