Issue notice to the Respondent No.2. By order dated 11th February, 2025 notice was issued to the Respondent No.2 and the counsel for the Applicant was to hand over a copy of the Application to the Investigating Officer. 9th September 2025

Office report dated 26th August, 2025 indicates that counsel for the Applicant has not supplied spare copy of the Application till date and hence notice was not issued as directed.

Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply spare copy to the Registry within 2 days to facilitate the Registry to issue notice to Respondent No.2. In addition to that learned counsel for the Applicant is also directed to supply a copy of the Application alongwith its annexures to the Investigating Officer.

The Investigating Officer is directed to depute a lady police officer to get appropriate instructions from Respondent No.2 as to whether she requires legal representation through legal aid.
