Mr. Sundeep Karnik, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in jail from 03.01.2024 and as such,

Mr. Prashant Mishra, learned Counsel for RespondentDirectorate of Enforcement submits that as the matter is placed before this Court, he is ready to proceed with the matter. 5.

In view of the request made by Mr. Prashant Pandey, learned Advocate for the Intervenor, time of one week is granted. 6.

Mr. Sundeep Karnik, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that if Mr. Prashant Pandey, learned Advocate for the Intervenor is unable to take any step in the matter, then this Court, who has assignment of the matter, should consider the matter on the next date of hearing.
