The incident in question is on 08.12.2022 whereas Applicant is arrested on 27.04.2024. Reason for arrest was due to Applicant remaining absconding.

Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP has also placed before the Court order dated 24.08.2022 in some other FIR pertaining to Applicant in question and she would like to make submissions on that date. 4.
