This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with First Information Report No.16 of 2022 registered with Dharavi Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120 (B), 201, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3, 4, 25 and 26 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959.

When I expressed my opinion to dismiss the present Bail Application on merits, Mr. Salunkhe would persuade the Court to allow him to take appropriate instructions from the persons who are instructing him to
