1.

As both these applications filed for regular bail are arising from one and the same crime, they are being disposed of by this common order.

2.

The applicants came to be arrested in Crime No. 708 of 2024 registered at Pandharpur City Police Station, Dist-

Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 318(1), 318(4), 336(1), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

3.

According to the prosecution, the co-accused in the present crime namely Satyawati Mane by impersonation got executed sale-deed dated 30.06.2022 in her favour of land owned by the complainant bearing Gat No.119/4/69 at Mauje Pandharpur.

4.

The applicant No.1 Raju Khandale in Bail Application No.103 of 2025 is the purchaser of the said property from the said co-accused Sarswati Mane. The other applicants in the present applications are witnesses to the sale-deed dated 26.08.2022 executed by said co-accused Sarswati Mane in favour of the applicant No.1 (Raju Khandale). 5.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent/State and perused the paper of investigation.

6.

Prima-facie there appears to be no material to connect the present applicants with alleged transaction of impersonation. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Applications are allowed.

B] The applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 708 of 2024 registered at
