After arguing the matter for some time, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Mr. Amol Thombre, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application. Permission is granted. 2.
Mr. Rushikesh Munde, learned SPP appearing for Respondent No.1 - DRI, states that the charges have been framed and there are only 14 witnesses, whom the prosecution intends to examine.

Considering the aforesaid statement, since the trial has commenced and one witness has already been examined, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date on which this order is placed before it.

In case there is no substantial progress, the Applicant is permitted to file a fresh bail application. 5.
