By the present Bail Application, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 132 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(3) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"), Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67B of the Information Technology Act registered with Punchgani Police Station, Satara. Said Crime is registered as Special Case No. 275 of 2023 and is pending on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Court, Wai District Satara. 3.
After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain this Gayatri Shimpi

Ms. Babita Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court in the event of a change in circumstances. Leave to withdraw granted. If such an Application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.
