Mr. Chaitanya Purankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant has circulated this Application, on the ground that the same was not being listed as service report on the Respondent No. 2 was shown to be awaited. At his request, the matter was listed today.

Mrs. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the

Investigating Officer, Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune states that the Respondent No. 2 is duly served. She further states that the Respondent No. 2 has informed the Investigating Officer that she requires legal aid assistance.

Ms. Komal Sinha, learned Advocate on the Legal Aid Panel is present in the court. At the request of this Court, she has agreed to appear on behalf of the Respondent No. 2. The Investigating Officer, Loni Kalbhor Police Station is requested to inform the Respondent No. 2 of the appointment of Ms. Komal Sinha as her Advocate from Legal Aid Panel and to contact her for any instructions in the matter. Ms. Komal Sinha is also requested to contact Respondent No. 2 to obtained instructions, if any.

Mr. Chaitanya Purankar shall furnish entire paper book of this proceedins to Ms. Komal Sinha, learned Advocate appointed to represent Respondent No. 2, within two weeks from today.

At the request of Ms. Komal Sinha, learned Advocate appointed for Respondent No. 2 and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 10th July, 2025.
