This is the second application for bail. The first application, being ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL BA No. 3610 of 2023, was rejected by this Court by an Order dated 19th ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2025.02.14 16:41:19 +0530 April 2024 recording reasons.

This Court does not find any reason to take a different view of the matter. Nor there is any substantial change in the circumstances which warrants afresh consideration of the prayer for bail. 4.

Application stands rejected.
