Learned APP states that the Applicant has not attended the police station, though he was called. He had informed the I.O. that he was in Uttar Pradesh. 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is ready and willing to attend the police station and is willing to cooperate with the investigation. He be given one chance to attend the police station. 3.
Considering both these submissions, the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station Deshmane(PS)
