The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.739/2023 registered with Mangalvedha Police Station, Solapur on 21.9.2023 under Section 306 read with 34 of IPC.

The FIR is lodged by one Prashant Lavale, who was brother of the deceased. His sister got married to the Applicant's brother. Thus, the Applicant is the sister-in-law of the deceased. The FIR mentions that the Applicant, her Deshmane(PS)

mother and the Applicant's son were harassing the deceased and they were forcing her to adopt the Applicant's son. The deceased was taking treatment for infertility. She committed suicide on 19.9.2023 by hanging herself.

Heard Shri Shriram Chaudhari, learned counsel for the Applicant and Smt. Sharmila Kaushik, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the role of the mother-in-law of the deceased is similar to the Applicant. Said mother-in-law i.e. Shantabai Mohite is granted interim protection in A.B.A. No.3209/2023 vide order dated 9.11.2023 and the matter is slated to be listed on 20.2.2024.

Considering the similarity of allegations, this application can also be posted with the other Anticipatory Bail Application.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) This matter be heard along with A.B.A. No.3209/2023. (ii) In the event of her arrest in connection with C.R.No.739/2023 registered with Mangalvedha Police Station, Solapur, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on her executing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii) This order shall operate till 20.2.2024.

(iv) Stand over to 20.2.2024.
