Both the learned counsel for the contesting parties submit that they are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation without prejudice to their rights and contentions. 3.

Considering the joint statement made by both the learned counsel for the parties, they are directed to approach before the Mediation Center of this Court on 5th August, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. 4.

The Officer in-charge of the Mediation Center shall appoint a suitable mediator from their panel to bring about the settlement between the parties, if possible.
