Both the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants as well as the informant jointly state that the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through Mediation.

Considering this joint request, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre of this Court on 31st July 2024 at 11:00 A.M. The officer in-charge of the Medication Centre shall appoint a suitable mediator to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties through Mediation. The Mediation is permitted to progress with continuation of ad-interim relief.
