By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.957/2023 registered with Police Station, Hudkeshwar, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the recitals of the FIR and the orders placed on record by the learned APP passed by the Division Bench of this Court, at this stage, the case is not made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
