The application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.783/2023 registered with Police Station, Bori, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the recitals of the FIR, the present applicant has assaulted the informant by means of a knife. Considering this specific allegation against the present applicant, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
