This application shall be heard along with ABA/3678/2023 & ABA/3679/2023. All these Applications be tagged together. The Applicants in other two applications are granted ad-interim protection. The Applicant's case is similar to those of the other Applicants in those applications. Therefore, till the next date, the Applicant can also be protected by way of ad-interim relief.

Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No.295/2023 registered with Karjat police station, District-Raigad, till the next date, the Applicant Pankaj in ABA/103/2024 be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) This order shall operate till 30.1.2024.
(iii) This application shall be heard along with ABA/3678/2023 & ABA/3679/2023. Ad-interim relief granted earlier in ABA/3678/2023 & ABA/3679/2023 to continue till the next date.
(iv) Stand over to 30.1.2024.
