Both the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant as well the first informant make a joint statement on instructions that the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation.

Considering this joint statement, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Center of this Court on 19th September, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

The officer in charge of the Mediation Center shall appoint a suitable mediator from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties. BGP.
