The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.338/2023, dated 19/10/2023, registered with Natepute Police Station, Solapur Rural, under sections 498-A, 354, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the marriage took place on 15/07/2022 and without going into the allegations, the Applicant is desirous to make an attempt of settling the matter with the informant/wife.

Considering this statement, to see whether the settlement is possible, today I am adjourning the matter with interim protection to the Applicant.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Learned counsel for the Applicant to add the first informant as a party Respondent.

(ii) Amendment shall be carried out within a period of 10 days from today. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added Respondent returnable on 29/02/2024.

3 / 3 (iii) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.338/2023, dated 19/10/2023, registered with Natepute Police Station, Solapur Rural, till the next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iv) This order shall operate till 29/02/2024.

(v) The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation in the meantime.

(vi) Stand over to 29/02/2024.
