The Applicant was protected by ad-interim relief on 18 January 2024. He was directed to attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and he was directed to co-operate with the investigation. 2.

Learned APP makes a statement in the Court, on instructions, that the Applicant was not contactable at all. His phone was always switched off. He has never attended the concerned Police Station. This is a serious matter, which the Court will have to take into consideration while deciding Sharada

33-ABA-151-2024.odt the anticipatory bail application. To give one opportunity to the Applicant, today I am adjourning the matter. However, I am directing the Applicant to attend the concerned Police Station on the specific dates.

Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 15/07/2024 to 19/07/2024 between 1.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. and thereafter as and when called. The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation. (ii) The Applicant shall furnish his correct address and correct phone number to the Investigating officer. 4.

Stand over to 1st August 2024. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
