The learned counsel seeks permission to file additional affidavit and compilation of documents. Permission is granted. It shall be done within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the compilation is handed over to the investigating officer.

The investigating officer shall respond to the Applicant's case that he had made complaints to various authorities regarding misappropriation of funds in the said society.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 15/07/2024 to 18/07/2024 between 1.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. and thereafter as and when called. The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation. 4.

Stand over to 1st August 2024. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
