Learned APP states that the copy shall be served on the learned counsel for the Applicant as well as learned counsel for the intervenor.

Learned counsel for the intervenor makes a grievance that the learned counsel for the Applicant has not given him the necessary documents.

Learned counsel for the Applicant is directed to give memo of the Application along with all the annexures to the learned counsel for the intervenor.

This shall be done within a period of two weeks from today.
