In this case, the Applicants were granted adinterim relief. At that time, learned counsel for the intervenor was also present. Today, nobody represents the intervenor. 28.aba-174-24.odt 13.1.2024, the Applicants were directed to attend the concerned police station on particulate dates. Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that the Applicant No.1 was already arrested in some other case and, therefore, he could not attend the police station. However, the Applicant No.2 has attended the police station and has cooperated with the investigation. The statement is not disputed by learned APP.

Stand over to 8.8.2024. Ad-interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till then.
