Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that as per his statement before the Court, recorded in the order dated 23.1.2024, the Applicant sincerely tried to settle the matter. As of today, the matter is not settled, but the first informant has sent a notice to the Applicant invoking the arbitration clause under Clause-13 of the MOU dated 10.3.2022. He seeks time to file additional affidavit to bring this fact on record.
