The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C. R. No.1176 of 2023 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai under Section 420 r/w 34 of IPC.

By the previous order dated 29th January, 2024, the Applicant was protected by way of ad-interim order and he was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on particular dates. 3.
Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer makes a statement that the Applicant has attended the concerned Police Station and has co-operated with the investigation. He further states on instructions that the investigation is almost complete and the Investigating Agency does not want to arrest the Applicant for the purposes of investigation.

Based on the statement, since there is no apprehension of the arrest, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this Application.
