The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.6 of 2024 registered at Andheri Police Station, Mumbai, on 02.01.2024, under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Jitendra Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the State. 3.

19-aba-257-24 Today, the learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicant has attended the concerned police station and has cooperated with the investigation. He further states on instructions that the investigating agency does not want custody of the applicant for the investigation purposes. The statement is recorded and accepted.

In this view of the statement, learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application. The application is, therefore, disposed of as not pressed.
