The present application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is alleged that the present applicant has forged the No Objection Certificate while obtaining the loan. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. P.V. Navlani for the applicant submitted that now the bank has filed the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, wherein the bank has not uttered a single word regarding the forgery of the said document.

Learned APP submitted that he has to seek instructions, regarding the same from the Investigating Officer as well as from the complainant.

List the application after three weeks.
