The applications are for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.345/2024, registered under Section 379, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 48 (8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and Sections 3(1), 181, 130, 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.
Pursed the recitals of the FIR, from which it reveals that the applicant in Criminal Application (ABA) No.282/2024 is the Poclain owner and the applicant in Criminal Application (ABA) No.283/2024 is the Tipper owner. Both the vehicles are found at the excavation site. As per the allegation, they have excavated the sand without having the permit illegally and caused damage to the Government revenue. Considering the same, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
