The order dated 06/02/2024 records that learned counsel for the Applicant, based on the affidavit of the Applicant Nesarikar

2 / 2 18-ABA-294-24-@-IA-1276-24 had submitted that the amount of Rs.10 lakhs will be paid by 25/03/2024. Learned counsel for the Applicant today submits that he has substantially complied with that statement and has paid Rs.9 lakhs. He could not make arrangement for the amount of Rs.1 lakh; but that amount shall be paid within a period of 10 days from today.

Considering this statement, learned APP shall verify whether such amount is paid. In the interest of justice, today I am adjourning the matter with continuation of ad-interim relief in the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the Applicant today in the Court.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Stand over to 26/06/2024.

(ii) Ad-interim relief granted vide order dated 06/02/2024 shall continue till then.
