Heard Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Metkari, learned APP for the State. 2.
The Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.922 of 2023 dated 11th September 2023 registered with Pimpri, Police Station Pune, for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3.
As per the prosecution case, the First Informant was working in a private company as Digital Marketing Manager. On 5th September 2023, she received a message from an unknown phone Dusane
613 ABA 298.24.DOC number sent by one lady by the name H.R. Arya. It was mentioned that the informant could get a part time job with earning of around Rs.2,000/- to Rs.10,000/- and for that she had to complete some task of giving ratings to the restaurants. The said person extracted around Rs.3,08,000/-. The First Informant expected some returns. However, that amount was not returned. Instead, Rs.5.00 Lakhs more were demanded. The First Informant realised that the entire transaction was fraudulent and, therefore, she lodged the complaint.

Mr. Metkari, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet is already filed on 5th January 2025.

The learned Single Judge has already protected the Applicant by the Order dated 27th February 2024. 6.
Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of Order dated 27th February 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.298 of 2024.
