By the present Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.615 of 2023 registered with the Nashik Road Police Station, Nashik City, for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 466, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908.

A learned Single Judge by Order dated 5th February 2024 has already granted interim protection to the Applicant. The said interim protection continues for last more than 2 years. 4.

The Applicant is 70 years old. The alleged offence is of the year 2015.
