The applicants have filed this application for grant of ad-interim anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.146 of 2024, registered with Nagpuri Gate Police Station, District Amravati, for the offences punishable under Sections 397, 352, 294, 506(2), 108, 143, 146, 147, 148, 149 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for applicants submits that the counter FIR is there. The complainant in this FIR is the Advocate and he pressurized the police officials and got registered the FIR against these applicants. One of the applicants is minor in this matter. The civil dispute is there, hence prayed to grant ad-interim anticipatory bail.

Learned app opposed the application stating that the knife and iron rod are used in this crime. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is necessary. Hence, prayed for TAMBE

Heard the learned counsel for applicants as well as learned APP for non-applicant/State.

Considering the allegations made against the applicants and knife and iron rod are used in this crime, this is not a fit case for grant of ad-interim protection.
