Considering the nature of allegations made by the informant and the defense raised by the Applicant in this Application, both the learned Counsel for the contesting parties submitted that they are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Considering this joint statement, I am of the opinion that the parties can be given such opportunity.

Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(i) Both the parties shall approach the Mediation Center akn 1/2
7.ABA.350.2024.doc of this Court on 21/02/2024 at 11.00AM. The officer in-charge of the Mediation Center shall appoint a suitable mediator from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties.
(ii) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 203 of 2023 registered with Vanrai Police Station, District - Mumbai, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(iii) This order shall operate till 27/03/2024.
(iv) The Applicant shall cooperate with the investigation. (v) Stand over to 27/03/2024.
