The matter was called out in the morning session. At that time, nobody had appeared and, therefore, it was kept in the afternoon session. Even in the afternoon session, nobody appears for the applicant.

Learned APP states that the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on 18.09.2024, 19.09.2024 and 20.09.2024, but he did not attend the police station and he did not cooperate with the investigation.
