Learned APP states that the investigating officer intends to call the first informant, as well as, the present applicant on the same date for making enquiries about their transactions. He seeks adjournment with direction to the applicant to attend the concerned police station on a particular date, so that, the informant can also attend the concerned police station on that date.

O R D E R

i) The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 18.09.2024, 19.09.2024 and 20.09.2024 between 1.00p.m. to 5.00p.m. and thereafter as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

ii) The Applicant can produce the relevant documents and shall co-operate with the investigation.

iii) Stand over to 03.10.2024.

iv) Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
