The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C. R. No. 899 of 2023 registered at Oshiwara Police Station, dated 02/10/2023 u/s. 120-B, 406, 420, 504, 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s. 3 and 13 of Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963.

Chitre, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused i.e. ABA/328/2024 and ABA/329/2024 are directed to be listed on 12/02/2024. He akn 1/2

4.ABA.375.2024.doc makes a statement that Applicant is sincerely trying to settle the matter with the first informant. The statement is accepted and recorded. Based on this statement, Applicant can be protected. 4.

Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C. R. No. 899 of 2023 registered at Oshiwara Police Station, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) This order shall operate till 12/02/2024.

(iii) Stand over to 12/02/2024.

(iv) To be tagged alongwith ABA/328/2024 and ABA/329/2024.
