This is an application filed by the applicant under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code for anticipatory bail in Crime No. 805/2023, registered with Yahsodharanagar Police Station, for an offence punishable under Sections 354(a)(1), 323, 294, 509, 506(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8, 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
