In the order dated 30 January 2025, Paragraph No.1.1 the sentence Amol D. Nawale

2-ABA-386-2024 (CR) .doc "C.R. NO.652/2023, dated 13/10/2024 and" shall added before the sentence "C.R. NO.653/2023, dated 14/10/2023, registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Solapur, under Sections 420, 408, 409, 464, 465, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code." .

In the order dated 30 January 2025, Paragraph No.1.8 (i) the sentence "C.R. NO.652/2023, dated 13/10/2024 and" shall be added before the sentence "C.R. NO.653/2023, dated 14/10/2023, registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Solapur, under Sections 420, 408, 409, 464, 465, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code." . 4.

In the order dated 30 January 2025, Paragraph No.4 (i) the sentence "C.R. NO.652/2023, dated 13/10/2024 and" shall be added before the sentence "C.R. NO.653/2023, dated 14/10/2023, registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Solapur".

Rest of the order remains unaltered. Original order to be corrected accordingly.
