Vide order dated 03/04/2024 passed in both these applications, it was noted that the learned counsel for the Applicants in both these matters had made a statement that the Applicants shall file affidavit regarding the schedule of payment. The office remark shows that the spare copy is not supplied and therefore fresh notice was not issued to the Respondent No.2.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The office shall permit the learned counsel for the Applicants to deposit the amount as per the schedule mentioned in the affidavit.

(ii) Issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2 returnable on 19/06/2024.

(iii) Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.

(iv) Stand over to 19/06/2024.
