In this application, on 13.02.2024, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J) granted interim relief in favour of the applicant and the said order has continued to operate from time to time.

This Court is informed that respondent No.2 has been served and she has requested for legal aid. In that view of the matter, Ms. Gowalani, who is present in Court today and whose name is included in the list maintained by the High Court Legal Services Committee, is appointed as an advocate to represent respondent No.2.

Copy of this application shall be served on Ms. Gowalani within one week from today.
