This matter was granted urgent circulation by this Court. The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks an accommodation on the ground that as he does not have his brief. 2.

The present Applicant, who is arraigned as Accused No.4, was owner of the lodge where the victim, a minor girl, stayed along with Accused No.1. The Accused Nos.1, 2 and 3 were Amol D. Nawale

By an order dated 15 February 2024, this Court granted protection to the present Applicant on the condition that he would attend the police station from 26 February 2024 to 28 February 2024 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and thereafter, as and when called.

The learned APP submits that despite the condition imposed on the Applicant, he being the owner of the lodge where the incident occurred, has not bothered to attend the police station. 4.

As a matter of last chance, stand over to 25 February 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

Taking into consideration the Applicant's conduct and lack of cooperation with the Investigating Officer, interim protection granted earlier to the present Applicant is hereby vacated. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Amol D. Nawale
