The Applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.22 of 2024 registered with Nehru Nagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 31 and 32 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, which arises out of the matrimonial dispute. 3.

Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and tendered the consent terms to that effect. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to this Court.
