Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the present Anticipatory Bail Application No.465/2024 is filed inadvertently. The subject matter of this Application is C.R. No.381/2017 registered with Chatushrungi police station, Pune. In the past, the Applicant along with five others had preferred Anticipatory Bail Application No.616/2020. It was finally decided on 21.3.2024 and the anticipatory bail was granted to all the Applicants, including the present Applicant Sharad Borhade in connection with C.R. No.381/2017 Deshmane(PS)

Learned counsel submitted that this was through pure inadvertence that this situation has arisen and that one more anticipatory bail application i.e. the present A.B.A. No.465/2024 is filed. He seeks permission to withdraw this Application. 2.

Considering the order dated 21.3.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.616/2020 whereby the present Applicant was granted protection of anticipatory bail order in connection with the same registered offence i.e. C.R. No.381/2017 registered with Chatushrungi police station , Pune permission is granted to withdraw this Application. Hence, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
