Considering the allegations in the FIR which appears to the extent that the present applicant has misappropriated the public money. Though he has deposited the said amount and the departmental enquiry was conducted against him in which he was held guilty. There are allegations of the forgery of the documents also. At this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after one week.
