By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.380/2024 registered at police station Mehkar, District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Section 376, 376(2)(i), 452, 354, 354-A, 354-B, 354-C, 506 and 509 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

On perusal of the FIR it reveals that 8 years small girl was subjected for sexual assault. Though learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that out of previous dispute this false FIR is lodged against the present applicant. However, considering the serious allegations against the present applicant, the investigation papers are to be looked into.
