Heard Mr. Jain, learned Advocate for Applicant, Mr. Kotangale, learned Advocate for Respondent No.3 and Ms. Krishnaiyer, learned APP for the State.

Learned Advocate draws my attention to the Order dated 22nd August, 2024 whereby it is stated that parties have reconciled their differences and already arrived at some figure which is already noted in the said order. Apart from the figure of Rs. 31,00,000/- noted in paragraph No. 4 of the order, there is an element of interest amount also.

Mr. Kotangale, learned Advocate appearing for the private Respondent i.e. complainant would submit that there is some discrepancy in respect of the total calculation of interest. 4.

Be that as it may, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant would inform the Court that he has specific instructions from the Applicant that the balance amount shall be paid within a period of 3 to 4 months. He shall take specific instructions and inform the Court since pursuant to the order dated 22nd August, 2024 an amount of Rs. 5 lakh has already been received by the complainant towards the aforementioned settlement.
